SO, Alberta has 4 Billion Dollars in surplus revenue :)
We could spend I billion Dollars on Healthcare :)
We could put Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine on Healthcare :)
Build a bunch of new hospitals, and even start a Chiropractic College here in the west. As we dont have one out here, the only one is in Toronto. We could also build a Naturopathic College out here as there isn't one in the west either.
